Once an organization begins to make people, collectives, and AI agents work together, a new question emerges: how do we govern this hybrid intelligence?
The issue goes beyond access rights, security, or compliance. It also concerns authority, accountability, decision provenance, the ability to challenge an agent, the traceability of reasoning, and the limits an organization chooses to impose on its own systems.
This fourth MuBrain meetup will seek to transform the reflections from the first three meetings into concrete governance principles.
The meetup will take place as a 5@7, 100% in person, with a short introduction followed by structured discussion.
Proposed questions
- Who can decide what when humans and agents participate in the same process?
- How should authority and accountability be assigned in a hybrid collective intelligence?
- Which decisions should remain explicitly human?
- How can the sources, assumptions, and reasoning used by agents remain visible?
- How should an Enterprise Brain evolve without freezing its ability to learn?
- How far should an organization allow its agents to act autonomously?
The objective will be to identify governance principles that can contribute to a future MuBrain reference framework for hybrid organizational intelligence.
